Shipping Details and Delivery Conditions
At origenbath.es, we strive to ensure your products arrive safely and as quickly as possible. Below, you will find details on the conditions, costs, and mandatory procedures you must follow when receiving your merchandise.
1. Shipping Zones and Shipping Costs
- Shipments to Spain (Peninsula): Absolutely FREE! There is no minimum purchase to enjoy free shipping within the peninsular territory.
- Shipments outside Spain (European Union): Shipments to other European Union countries have a fixed cost of €89.00 per order.
2. Delivery Times
Our estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Spain (Peninsula): 5 to 7 business days.
- Rest of the European Union: 7 to 10 business days.
*Delivery times start counting from when the order leaves our warehouses, at which point you will receive an email notification.
3. Type of Transport and Delivery Conditions (Curbside)
Due to the volume and weight of our products (bathroom furniture, sanitary ware, shower trays, etc.), all our shipments are palletized to ensure maximum protection during transit.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: As this is palletized merchandise, delivery is exclusively curbside. The transport company is not obliged to carry the package to upper floors or into the home.
⚠️ Mandatory Reception Protocol and Incident Claims
Please read these instructions carefully. Failure to follow these steps will nullify the possibility of claiming for breakages caused by transport:
- Immediate visual inspection: At the exact moment of delivery, you must visually inspect the exterior of the package.
- Notation on the delivery note (Crucial): If you observe any anomaly, blow, broken seal, crushed box, or external damage, no matter how small, you must indicate it in writing on the carrier's delivery note (e.g., "Damaged package," "Broken packaging," "Pending review"). Claims for external damage not indicated on the delivery note will not be accepted.
- Legal claim period: For any incident or damage not visible externally, you must inform us within a maximum period of 7 calendar days (as stipulated by law). After this period, the transport insurance will not accept the claim.
4. How to Report an Incident or Breakage
If your order has been damaged during transport, you must immediately send an email within the aforementioned period to:

To process the incident, you must mandatorily attach:
- Order number.
- Photograph of the shipping label (pasted on the box).
- Photograph of the outer packaging.
- Photographs of the incident or breakage of the product.
Once the information is received, we will manage the replacement of the damaged product as soon as possible.
