Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy
At origenbath.es, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, below are your rights and the procedure you should follow to make a cancellation, return, or request a refund, in accordance with current legislation.
1. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
In accordance with current consumer regulations, you have a period of 14 calendar days, starting from the day you or a third party authorized by you receives the order, to withdraw from the contract without needing to provide any justification.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication concerning the exercise of this right is sent before the corresponding period expires.
2. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Please note that, by law, the return of the following products will not be accepted:
- Products manufactured according to consumer specifications or clearly personalized (e.g., custom-made furniture or sanitary ware with special finishes).
- Goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly.
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery.
3. Return Shipping Costs and Conditions
In accordance with Article 108 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the direct costs of returning the goods will be borne by the buyer.
The customer is free to choose the transport agency they prefer to make the shipment. We recommend using a service with a tracking number, as the product is the buyer's responsibility until it reaches our facilities.
Product conditions: For the return to be accepted, the product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging, and with all its accessories or manuals included.
4. Procedure for Requesting a Return
To initiate the return or withdrawal process, you must follow these steps:
- Send an email to our customer service address: clientes@d-advancedgroup.com.
- Indicate in the subject: "Return Request - Order #[Your order number]".
- In the body of the message, provide your full name, the purchase date, and the items you wish to return.
- Our team will respond as soon as possible with shipping instructions and the warehouse address where you should send the merchandise.
5. Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order completely free of charge as long as it has not left our warehouses or its manufacturing process has not started (in the case of made-to-order or personalized products).
To request an urgent cancellation, immediately write to clientes@d-advancedgroup.com specifying your order number.
6. Refunds
Once the package is received at our facilities and after verifying that the product is in perfect condition and in its original packaging, we will proceed to process the refund.
The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. The payment will be made within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the moment we have been informed of your decision to withdraw (we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or proof of their return).
